hmm...its probably being manually categorized. Although I had the site on proxy.org so that site is a hotspot for spys. Often school admins subscribe themselves to the website and just add all the new ones to the filter.
I have another one that is currently "education" in Bluecoat Filter using the same webtemplate as bbmath.info. So I really think it was manually categorized.
Its easy to fool automated categorization. They often send bots that download the website and they finds bad words. Then it blocks it as a "avoidance" site.
you can throw them off by filling the site with education words. lol
Right clicks > view source and you will see its filled with hidden educational text for the bot. xD
